User Experience design for the relaunch of a retail rewards app for UK console title store GAME.

Coventry agency Bit10 brought us on board to create the User Experience for their client. The brief: create a visually stunning app that put the emphasis on content, that is intuitively useable with features that draw the user back multiple times per week.

We worked with GAME to create User Personas in order to define what features were needed. Content would be driven by the publishers of the titles on sale – so we knew that great imagery, trailers, teaser content, competitions and special editions would be available.

We created a full set of interactive HTML wireframes that we could test on our devices, and iterate on quickly (see images).
