We ran UX Workshops for GAME and their design agency Bit10, early on in the development process for a revamp of their mobile app. We produced a full set of interactive wireframes that the stakeholders could hold, test and tweak.
The UX process allowed us to translate our ideas, excitement and passion for the relaunch of the GAME app into something the delivery team could get their hands on and play with, and more importantly benchmark from.
We met with GAME's digital and marketing heads to establish Business and User Needs, combined with pain points in their existing app. We established a roadmap of features to be rolled out in the all new app.
Through testing an feedback sessions, the wireframes were iterated two or three times to a point where the designers could just concentrate on making it look great, not having to worry about making content fit.
Full documentation was produced including a full site-map and links to versions of app pages showing variable states according to user progress/type.
